Unless you are an authorized wholesaler or dealer all prices are plus state tax and any state fee.  After winning the bid a deposit will be required to hold vehicle until it is picked up. If winning bidder does not pick up vehicle within 72 hours of bid win or make prior arrangement then the  dealer will keep 50% of deposit and the second highest bidder will be notified and given first right of refusal. If refused the auction will resume for another one week period.  All sales are final and all vehicles will be sold as-is.
